Circle G at Riggs Ranch

Circle G at Riggs Homestead Ranch is a luxury home community located in southeast Chandler between Chandler Heights Dr and Riggs Rd and between Cooper Rd and Gilbert Rd. The community has right around 174 custom homes built between 1996 and 2006 on ¾+ acre homesites. Average home sizes range from about 3800 SF in the first two units to an average home size of more than 4800 SF in Unit 5. There are still around 30 undeveloped lots in this Circle G neighborhood.

In 2006, six homes were sold at Circle G Riggs Homestead Ranch at the average sales price of $1,184,857, taking on average 106 days to sell. The community has seen no homes change hands so far in 2007.
