As a veteran of the armed forces (NAVY), I've learned that ethics, honor, and commitment can tell a lot about a person. After being released with an honorary discharge, I attended ASU, receiving a degree in Finance (Magna Cum Laude). I received my real estate license 3 years after I started investing in real estate because I was tired of working with horrible Realtors that were just trying to make a quick commission. Who wants to give up their hard earned equity to someone that only spends 10 minutes to put a listing on the MLS? Who wants a lazy Realtor?
So, I started focusing on different strategies to help my clients Avoid Foreclosure. This lead me to the Short Sale Process and how it can be a great exit strategy if you are upside down on your mortgage! I started to learn everything I could about Short Sales, and began to apply my new skills. I enjoy eating at great restaurants, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and just about anything outdoors. I have an amazing dog, Leeroy (Boxer / Terrior) who is truly a mans best friend. I read a book a week, well...actually I listen to a book a week (gotta love audio books)! My top 5 books in no particular order are: 1) Dave Ramsey's EntreLeadership 2) Michael Lewis's The Big Short 3) Andrew Ross Sorkin's Too Big To Fail 4) Kevin Mitnick's Ghost In The Wires and 5) Walter Isaacson's biography of Steve Jobs.
